Hello! I'm so excited you have chosen me to film your wedding day. This form contains a bunch of questions about your day, like timings addresses and other useful info. Don't worry if you don't have all of the information yet, we will go over this again before the day in case of any additions or changes to your plans.

Anything that doesn’t apply, just leave blank - every wedding I do is different and this form is designed to cover ALL bases! I recommend copying and pasting into a word doc and saving there as this is an online form so if your internet drops out you will loose the info.

Will there be a confetti moment/shot?

In light of Covid-19 confetti is not recommended. A great alternative is some hand held bubble guns or a couple of bubble machines!

Please indicate when you have allocated with your photographer for couple portraits. I usually split into two 15 minute segments, one just after groups and one a bit later when the sun gets all nice and soft but happy to do whatever your photographer has planned..

Please confirm dining arrangements for videographers, hot food is greatly appreciated but please let me know if that isn't possible so I can make sure to sort myself out

Sometimes this might mean going offsite, I learnt my lesson with sandwiches on hot days a long time ago, need i say more?!
